Creamy Broccoli Potato Soup

Ingredients:
6 medium Potatoes (cubed)
1 cup Celery (diced)
1 cup Carrots (diced)
1 cup Onions (diced)
2 cups Broccoli Florets
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 cups of Water
2 cups of Milk
1 package of TEAYS VALLEY COUNTRY GRAVY MIX
1 cup Cheddar Cheese Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions:
In a 3 quart sauce pan, combine potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, broccoli, water and milk. Bring to a rolling boil. Stir in TEAYS VALLEY COUNTRY GRAVY MIX. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in cheese and serve. Salt and pepper to taste.

Yields 6 to 8 servings.
