1 1/2 cups TEAYS VALLEY RECIPE MIX
1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 Stick Butter (1/4 cup)
1 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Melt butter, set aside, Mix TEAYS VALLEY RECIPES and buttermilk. Spread 1/2 of this batter in the bottom of a well greased 8” x 8” pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over batter in pan. With a tablespoon add remaining batter, one spoonful at a time. Be sure to spread each spoonful out as much as you can to make a thin layer. Pour melted butter over top of batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Great served with spaghetti or any dish in place of bread or rolls.
