Baked Steak and Gravy

Ingredients:
TEAYS VALLEY GRAVY MIX
4 pieces of Cube Steak
Small Onion and/or Mushrooms (optional)

Instructions:
Pre-heat skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil. Pour both bags of TEAYS VALLEY GRAVY MIX into a dish. Coat each piece of steak and brown off (1 min. on each side). Place brown steak into baking dish. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Place remaining gravy mix into 1 cup of warm water, mixing well. Once water is boiling, pour in gravy mixture. Stir thoroughly and pour over steak. Add onions or mushrooms if desired. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
